Ms. Marshall brings extensive administrative and organizational expertise with over a decade of professional experience supporting engineering, construction, and law enforcement organizations. She joined PCI Engineering Ltd. in 2025, where she has been instrumental in managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial records, and preparing detailed reporting to support project delivery and corporate operations.
Prior to PCI, Julia gained valuable experience with the RCMP in Fort St. John, serving as both a Systems Record Clerk and a Front Counter Clerk. In these roles, she developed advanced skills in data management, federal statistical reporting, file auditing, and public service. She also provided administrative support for investigations and departmental projects, requiring a strong working knowledge of municipal, provincial, and federal legislation. Her responsibilities often included managing sensitive information with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Earlier in her career, Julia held administrative and managerial positions in large scale infrastructure and industrial projects with organizations such as Peace River Hydro Partners, Skyline Scaffold and Matakana Scaffolding. These roles honed her expertise in budget tracking, vendor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business functions.
